Spirit House is a healing community for women religious who are experiencing major life stresses.   It is our belief that the power to heal lies within the individual and is nurtured within the context of a community oriented to such healing work.   For those dealing with physical, sexual, or emotional abuse as children or adults, depression, ACOA history, mid-life challenges, or any other crises, Spirit House offers a program of healing for the whole person - heart and mind, body and soul.   Through community living, individual and group work, and spiritual guidance, women are urged to address the issues that prevent them from being their best.
