The all-inclusive program consists of individual and group counseling, spiritual direction, retreats, massage therapy, tai chi, yoga, poetry groups, literature groups and dream work all led by certified and experienced religious and lay professional staff.

Weekly massage therapy with a licensed massage therapist is provided.

T'ai Chi, Chi Gong centers the body and mind.

Spirit House offers a relaxing atmosphere for peaceful reflection and personal exploration.

Women religious who are interested in the program must complete a two-day assessment at Spirit House.   During the assessment, each woman shares some brief introductory information about herself with clinical staff members, and may meet with current community members to find out more about the Spirit House program.     All program services, room and board, laundry facilities, transportation for program related activities are included in the monthly fee which is available upon request.
